Descriptions on this website are general information about what we do. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and not a quotation.

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, its administrative console or its underlying infrastructure, interfere with its normal operation, or use automated means to disrupt it.

The text, design, graphics, code and branding of this website are protected by intellectual property law and remain ours unless stated otherwise.

Rights in work we produce for a client are governed by the written agreement covering that work. Nothing on this page transfers or varies those rights.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site — including Shopify, Google and testing platforms — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

5. Materials you provide

If you send us materials — designs, copy, images, code, brand assets, or access to your systems — you are responsible for holding the rights and permissions needed for us to use them for the agreed purpose.

6. Third-party services

This website, and the work we do, rely on third-party platforms including hosting, ecommerce, analytics, scheduling and experimentation providers. Those services operate under their own terms and policies, and we do not control them.

7. Enquiries and commercial terms

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything.

Scope, fees, payment terms, timelines, cancellation and any other commercial terms for a specific engagement are set out in the proposal, statement of work, invoice or written agreement covering that engagement. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents apply.

8. Availability of this website

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not undertake that it will be uninterrupted or free from error, and we may change, suspend or remove content at any time.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability arising in connection with a specific engagement is dealt with in the written agreement covering that engagement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time. Rights to end a specific engagement are set out in the written agreement covering it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
