Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

Last updated August 16, 2026

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and who processes it on our behalf. It describes the site as it is actually built — each item below corresponds to something the application genuinely does.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Om Tech Services. UIUX Service is the brand under which we provide ecommerce conversion and design services.

2. Information we collect

The enquiry form is the only place on this site where we collect personal information directly. When you submit it we store:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your store or website URL, if you choose to enter one
  • The monthly traffic range you select
  • Which enquiry type you chose — a strategy call or a UX audit
  • Anything you write in the free-text message field
  • Which section of the site you were reading when you started the enquiry
  • The date and time of submission, and a randomly generated reference for the record

Only name and email are required. We do not ask for a telephone number and the form does not collect one.

If we respond to your enquiry, our own internal notes about that conversation and a record of status changes are stored alongside it.

The application does not record your IP address, device details or browsing behaviour. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses, as part of running and securing the service.

3. How we use information

We use the information you send us to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and continue that conversation
  • Arrange and manage a consultation if you ask for one
  • Provide services you request from us
  • Understand how the website is used, where you have allowed analytics
  • Keep the website working and protect it from abuse and misuse
  • Meet obligations that apply to us under applicable law

We do not use the enquiry form to build a marketing list, and the application has no mechanism for bulk or automated marketing email.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis that applies depends on where you are located and which laws apply to that processing. We are establishing this properly and will state it here once it has been confirmed.

In practical terms: we process enquiry details because you sent them to us and asked us to respond, and we load analytics only where you have given consent.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Nothing optional is loaded, and no optional cookie is set, until you choose. The banner appears on your first visit and the site works the same whichever option you pick.

Strictly necessary. Your cookie choice, and a flag recording that a message has already been shown to you so it is not repeated. Both are kept in your browser’s local storage rather than as cookies, and neither is sent anywhere.

Analytics — optional, off unless you accept. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, observed on this site as _ga and _ga_ followed by the property identifier. If you decline, the analytics script is never loaded and those cookies are never created.

Scheduling — optional, off unless you accept. Our booking window embeds Google Calendar, which sets Google’s own cookies. If you have not accepted, it is not loaded, and you are offered a link to open the scheduler in a new tab instead.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies. There is no such tracking on this site, so there is no marketing category to choose.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and how they move through the site. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies.

Where you accept, Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and general browser and device characteristics. Our implementation passes Google’s IP anonymisation flag and sends Google an explicit signal recording your consent state.

Before you choose, no Google Analytics script is requested, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics event is sent. If you later withdraw consent, we delete the analytics cookies from your browser and tell Google to stop using storage. A script already running in an open tab cannot be unloaded, so withdrawal takes full effect from your next page view.

Analytics information is held in Google’s systems under Google’s own terms and retention settings.

7. Contact forms and enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, the details are stored in our database and an email is sent to us so that we can respond. You also receive an automatic acknowledgement.

We use this information to reply to you and to carry the conversation forward. We do not sell it.

8. Database storage

Enquiry records are stored in a MongoDB database used by this application. Access is restricted to an internal console protected by an administrative credential.

9. Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver the notification email to us and the acknowledgement email to you. The details you submitted are included in those messages so that we can respond to them.

10. Scheduling

Consultations are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Whatever you enter into Google’s booking form is collected by Google under Google’s own terms. That flow is separate from our enquiry form, and information entered there does not pass into our enquiry database.

11. Hosting

This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify serves the site and keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses, for delivery, operation and security. Netlify is not used as a store for enquiry records.

12. Service providers

We use the following providers to run this website and respond to enquiries:

  • Netlify — website hosting and server logs
  • MongoDB — storage of enquiry records
  • Resend — delivery of notification and acknowledgement emails
  • Google Analytics — website analytics, only where you have accepted
  • Google Calendar — appointment scheduling, only where you have accepted

Each provider processes information for the purpose described, under its own terms.

13. International transfers

We are based in India. Several of the providers listed above operate infrastructure in more than one country, which means information may be processed outside the country you are in, subject to those providers’ terms and to applicable legal requirements.

If you would like to know how a particular provider handles this, contact us at backofficeomtechservice@gmail.com and we will tell you what we know.

14. How long we keep information

Enquiries we have not actioned are deleted automatically 90 days after they are submitted. This is an operational rule we have set for this website.

Once we respond to an enquiry and mark it as actioned, that automatic deletion no longer applies and we keep the record as part of our business records. Records may also be kept longer where we need them for a contract, for accounting, to meet a legal obligation, for security, or to deal with a dispute.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see section 16.

Backups and provider-side copies may persist for a period after deletion, according to each provider’s own arrangements.

15. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are reachable only through an internal console protected by an administrative credential, which is sent as a request header rather than in a web address, and that console is excluded from search engine indexing.

No system can be guaranteed secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

16. Your rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, or to receive it in a portable form. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

To make a request, email backofficeomtechservice@gmail.com. We need enough information to identify your record — the email address you used is usually enough.

You can withdraw analytics consent yourself at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

17. Children

This website and our services are aimed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at backofficeomtechservice@gmail.com and we will delete it.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page.
